Bailey finished her very last round of chemotherapy today.

There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are. To the incredible team at The Woodlands Animal Cancer and Referral Center   thank you for your compassion, your expertise, and the love you showed Bailey every step of the way. You gave us hope on the hardest days.

To everyone who stood beside us during this journey…whether emotionally, financially, or spiritually ..thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Every message, every prayer, every bit of support carried us through more than you know.

Bailey has fought so hard, and today we celebrate her strength, her spirit, and this huge milestone. 🐾✨

It is with gratitude that I type this review, we were blessed to have worked closely with Dr. Carlos Souza, Dr. Katie Kaiser, Dzidzielia, Aaliyah, and Jenny, they are phenomenal professionals. Our beloved puppy was diagnosed with cancer and required a delicate removal of her spleen, a 7lb mass had grown on it, and her surgery was successful thanks to Dr. Souza, his expertise, and team. Although we couldn’t beat the cancer as it had already metastasized, and the first round of chemo didn’t work either, it did allow us to enjoy our recovered and happy pup for about 3 more months post-op. During this time extension as we like to call it, we bundled so many more memories with her, more walks to the parks, treats, hugs, kisses, videos, photos, laughter, etc.

We are happy to have taken Lana to Animal Cancer & Referral Center. They gave us a beautiful extension with her, and the treatment we all received was quick, kind, and resourceful to help us make the best decisions for Lana’s diagnosis.

After receiving a devastating misdiagnosis elsewhere, we turned to this facility for a second and final opinion on our fur baby’s cancer. From the very beginning, the staff showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for our situation. They didn’t just treat our pet, they supported us as a family going through something incredibly difficult.

Despite us living 4 hours away, the team went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. Dr. Souza was not only incredibly skilled successfully removing the tumor with no complications but also kind and communicative. They stayed in touch regularly to check on our baby’s recovery, which meant the world to us.

Thanks to this incredible team, our fur baby is now cancer free. We are forever grateful to this facility for giving our beloved companion a second chance at life. If you’re looking for skilled, compassionate, and truly dedicated professionals, this is the place you want to go.

Dr. Souza, thank you so much for saving my fur baby’s life, I thank God everyday for putting you on our paths.

Thank you Dr. Souza, Dr. Kaiser, Dr. Robinson, Shelby, Crystal, Tabatha, Cayla, Amanda, Catherine, Jenny, Cristina, and anyone else involved in Jack’s care. We thank you for giving our 3 year old son a chance. He enjoyed every day like it was his last. If you have a pet dealing with Cancer, this is where you should go. They listen to you and will try to help your pet beat cancer. They are honest and let you know your pets chances before you begin treating cancer to help you make your decision. Sorry Jack peed on the dog library sticks but it was a sweet memory of him while he was alive. Such a stinker! I highly recommend this place without reservation.

No one ever hopes to go to a place like this. Period. But if you are in the situation where you need compassionate care and knowledgeable staff I can highly recommend this practice. Dr Christopher Robinson was incredibly kind and extremely well versed in oncology. His demeanor is perfect for delivering a difficult message. The facility is welcoming peaceful. Toys and treats for the pets and Kleenex, snacks warm drinks for parents. The consultation rooms are warm and comfortable. All of the staff are kind and respectful. Although it’s not good news for our dog, we got the data that we needed to make the difficult decision and I am forever grateful.

I recently brought my dog, Stella, to Dr. Parsons. She and the staff here are amazing! Excellent at what they do with great communication and customer service. You can feel they all care, and Dr. Parson’s bedside manner is exceptional. I have been to a quite a few veterinarians and specialists and I must say Pearland Animal Cancer & Referral Center is hands down THE best. I found them online and decided to get a referral here because of their great reviews and they did not disappoint. I drive all the way down from The Woodlands, but it is worth it. I am super excited because they have another location opening in The Woodlands 🙂 Highly recommend!!
